Christine Zack is known as an entrepreneurial and visionary leader who gets things done by driving internal collaboration and creating external partnerships. She has a natural affinity for simplifying complex issues and operationalizing solutions head-on and with great enthusiasm.

Ms. Zack enjoys solving complicated problems, leading exhilarating turnarounds and developing business strategy, which has resulted in a reputation for quickly identifying Gordian knots and transforming wind-ups and failing businesses into financially sustainable organizations positioned for revenue growth while still focused on providing high quality services.

Prior to joining Capability Health as its President & CEO in late 2018, Ms. Zack served on the executive management team for three national healthcare provider companies and a digital health start-up company. She spent nearly 15 years working for NYC-based private equity real estate investors where she was appointed to executive positions in the group’s portfolio healthcare companies. Among other positions, she has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer for Mariner Health Care, Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer for Fundamental and Vice President, Corporate Counsel for Integrated Health Services.

Currently, in addition to her role with Capability Health which includes overseeing the largest private-sector pediatric rehabilitation program in Nevada, Ms. Zack also serves as a member of the Avanti Hospitals Compliance Board of Directors and as Adjunct Faculty in UNLV’s School of Public Health.

Ms. Zack is equally committed to supporting public service roles and social services non-profits. She serves as a Trustee and corporate Secretary for The Shade Tree, a non-profit shelter for women, children and their pets and she is a member of the Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2020.
